Forest Bathing is a joyful way to engage with the natural world around us and its health benefits have been researched and documented. Let stress and “to do” lists melt away as you unplug and explore nature with your senses. A series of invitations from the guide will support your slowing down and feeling connected. We will have light refreshments on the porch of Carey Cottage after the program.
About the Host
Host Pam Frederick developed her love of nature and being outdoors in Franconia, NH, where she was raised. She believes in preventative medicine and the healing power of nature. Pam is a certified guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides.
