Dr. Sarah MacDuffie will join us for a conversation about palliative care and hospice. She will discuss the kinds of decisions that you or your loved ones may encounter should you become seriously ill, and will help answer questions about when and how to access these services. Guests will learn more about how the expertise of a palliative care team can help articulate patient wishes and make a plan. The program is part of Seacoast Village Project’s Health Support Team’s “Health Matters” education and discussion series.
