Dr. Susan Porter will discuss end-of-life care options such as palliative care and hospice and what they can offer patients and their families. Understanding how these two types of care differ, and which one might be right for you or a loved one, is helpful to learn before being faced with the decision. As a hospice medical director, Dr. Porter will dive most deeply into hospice care services and share her experience and advice on when hospice is most appropriate.
