Following up on November’s Lunch & Learn presentation, “Ways to Maximize Your Health,” Dr. Karl Singer will review the Brain Health Score Card. Participants will be given the link to the scorecard when they register and are encouraged to complete it prior to the program. There will be time for a Q&A with Dr. Singer.

Dr. Karl Singer, a board-certified geriatrician and Medical Director for the Rockingham County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, has a long-standing interest in how we can maximize healthy aging.
