Medicare changes are on the way for 2027! We can expect to see a number of updates, and in an effort to help members make informed decisions during Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period, the Health Support Team has invited Paul Doran from Doran Independent Insurance to share his expertise.

Paul will begin with a prepared presentation covering Medicare updates for 2027 and long-term care insurance, followed by an opportunity for members to ask questions and participate in a discussion.

Paul Doran has been working in the insurance industry for more than 30 years. An alumnus of Kingswood Regional High School, Paul later graduated from the University of Maine with a B.A. in Education. He began his insurance career as a captive agent and then as a life, health and long-term care insurance manager. Seeking to create more value and opportunities for his clients, Paul founded Doran Independent Insurance in July 2011.

 

Amanda Rydlewski's journey at the Doran Team began in 2016 when she joined as an assistant to Paul Doran. Through her work with Paul, she delved into the intricate realm of Medicare, quickly becoming adept in navigating its complexities. Now, as a licensed consultant specializing in Medicare, Amanda serves as the go-to resource at the office for any Medicare-related inquiries, demonstrating her commitment to assisting others through the often-daunting process of healthcare planning.

 

Amanda Lapar has been an integral part of the Doran team since August 2022, diving headfirst into our bustling seasons. Born and raised in Wolfeboro, Amanda has deep roots in our beautiful town, attending grade school, middle school, and high school right here before graduating from Kingwood Regional High School in 2019. Amanda is the newest licensed agent at Doran and is excited to continue growing her career in health, life, and long-term care insurance.
